Practice

Hey everyone

So this week, we will be meeting at the Church again. We will have a few different things happening.
1. Practice for the play, along with some prop preparation. I'll bring some Spray paint/tape/scissors/string/etc...
2. We will also have some good eats, as I said last week. We should all try to bring something good to munch on :) (I'll bring something salty and drinks)
3. We'll watch an office or 2 if we have time.
So yeah, there is a lot of stuff to do next Friday. Hopefully you can all come out and enjoy some good fellowship and prayertime. Have a blessed week and remember to devote some time to God. It is time well-spent :)

See you guys on Friday

ummmmmm hopefully we'll have time to watch an episode of the office, I was hoping to use this time to practice, practice, practice!! :D :D :D
Time is precious, and we really need to pull this together so it works really well.:D
If you guys have anything at home lying around that you think would be great for making a prop bring it, and we'll go from there. I can't wait to see what ideas you guys came up with last Friday on your run through. Hopefully there's lots of creativity going on in your heads! :)
Keep going through your lines as well please so we can make it have a good flow. It would be really nice to have everything memorized and flawless for the play. So keep going at it!
If you have any questions, let me know... just email me or call me!
Thanks for being so enthusiastic and willing to make this Christmas play work!
See you on Friday!

hehe I thought it was you.
One thing about props... the Christmas dinner is the day before the play, right? So why don't we get the dinner-eaters to bring non-parishable food items, and we'll use them as props. Then after the play we bring the food to a food bank or something??

let's not make it required tho. tickets are already $20
:D :D :D is liisa's trademark!

tickets are $20? didn't know that. btw what is the money being raised for this year anyways?

Its scary if some of the comments are comin from youth! We have covered the cost, the time and the cause at youth more than a few times this year...

Don't forget that not all youth attend every Friday. Communication is the key for a successful event.... you still didn't reply to the times.

I think the dinner is at 7, although we have to be there earlier to help prep food and so on... the Christmas play probably is at 5 or 6 pm...
I like the idea about the dinner eaters bringing a can of food, and the optional part as well!

Are we still doing the sun and moon that run across the stage? How goes the spotlight hunt? If we have a spotlight are we putting Christmas lights on the sun and moon?
