Shema & summer plans

I have just started my Hebrew studies this week.
I fell in love with the language right away!
We started to practice the "shema" in Hebrew.
It is the confession of faith in the one and only living God and its implications:

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
Love the LORD your God with all your heart and
with all your soul and with all your strength.
These commandments that I give you today
are to be upon your hearts.
Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. (Deut.6:4-7)

---------------------------------------------------

This Friday there is NO YOUTH EVENING

Sunday 11-2pm English Service: Communion meal!

on the 10th or 17th Friday we were planning to do something special to send our brothers Tim and Nico to Finland with our blessings and encouragement. The plan is to go CARTING (somewhere in Richmond)!
So let me know which date works best and who is in!
After the adrenalin rush we could go eat together and celebrate our brothers' entry to the 'promised land'.

consumed with the pursuit of knowing/loving God,
shamuel (with a little Hebrew twist;)
