Thank y'all again for coming and serving so willingly the kids last Friday!

I tried to get us bowling this Friday, but the place on Scot Road (excalibur) was so booked that first availability was in Dec 19. Sorry, but I tried.

So this Friday we'll be going back to basics...

Friday Youth Group 7.30-10pm @ Ahlgren's

Food & Fellowship (bring some snacks etc.)

Sharing & Praying

Bible Study (you could bring your Bible;)

Sunday English Worship Service 11-1pm

'kivaa' with Kids again!

I heard good news from last Friday. Thanks Jenny & Daniel for leading it and for all who made it a real group time!

This Friday it's time for us to serve again...

Kids' Connection 7-9pm @ Kotikirkko

plan:

• Start with an 'African dance' thing upstairs with the adults
• Treasure hunt
• Message moment (song, skit - someone is lost but after finding the right person finds the way, message - God has made you and has a plan for your life...)
• Snack - bread and veggies (no sugar pumping this time;)
• Craft time (shoe boxes + make together and African village from clay and tooth picks)

4 people have committed to coming to help (D&J, Lydia, Rob), but a few more would be great!

Please come a bit early 6.30pm (I'll be there 6) so we can prepare and practice...

Youth at Koivumaki's

Hey you all.

Youth is at the Koivumaki's tomorrow. We're just going to have some fun hanging out and we'll watch a short video. Bring your craziness tomorrow night because we are going to play a game or two and you might get embarrassed. jk. It'll be fun.
Unfortunately Sam Tedder is sick so he can't make it. He is nice and is staying away from us while still contagious :P

Aslan is on the move...

First of all I have to say a BIG THANK YOU for all of you who served last Friday in our Kids' Connection event. I am so proud of how many of you came and how you gave yourselves to serve the kids with good attitudes. The skit was one of the highlights that my kids talked about for long after...

The parents were quite surprised how the evening went so well. I think many were encouraged to bring their kids again!

This Friday we'll have a more relaxed time of fellowship... I don't know of you, but this time of the fall seems to be quite tough with heavy school load and darkening days and rain. Hopefully this Friday could be a refreshing time of 'hanging out' with godly people!
