Date: Pending (Now most likely Jan 15-17, SEE DISCUSSION IN COMMENTS)
Place: Somewhere, where Justin et.comp. are located 5h inland.
Plan: Rent a van and drive together to stay with Justin and his band at an old church they have rented out. The Ski/Snowboard slopes are close & cheap and the boys have even some fun stuff at their backyard ('little' slope, camp fire place etc.). So we would have a chance to hang out together, meet Justin and his band and enjoy/participate in their music 'ministry' i.e. worship together!, go skiing/snowboarding, eat, play, pray and draw near to God!

I'm sorry but I will be away, due to sudden necessary travel plans...

That's the weekend that Kevin comes back from Turkey.... so he won't be able to go... he was really looking forward to going.
we can move the date still, if needed. The next weekend would work too. So here is my question:
If you are planning to come which weekend would work the best for you:
Jan 8-10
or
Jan 15-17
please, spread the word on these plans so we can get people on the move and responding...
i can't make it jan 8-10 cause i have a ringette tournament but i can make it jan 15-17.

good, good. Actually I just realized that the 2010 Mission Fest is on Jan 8-10 weekend. So in light of that and these early responses (THX!!!) my new question is: Does anyone object to having the ski camp on the weekend of Jan 15-17?
If most agree with this date, we'll aim for that now...
I don't think I have any plans that weekend, so it should work for me.

I'm pretty sure my work meeting will be from 4 to 5 pm on the 15th, would we be leaving later than that?

We'll have to plan what time we can leave. I'll be back in town after new years and try to to get the plans finalized during the first week of January.
Also, keep in mind Missions Fest. We'll be going there on Friday together. It's at Broadway church this time.
