Hello all,
Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day and a great weekend. We had fun together at Connected Night on Friday and I must say thanks to everyone for coming and helping out. I actually enjoyed the group pictionary game, even though I was the host, but it's a fun game.
So this Friday we are having our second prayer night together at the church @ 7:30pm. It will be in the main sanctuary area again, so come to the back door and ring the doorbell if the the door isn't open or if no one's there. Hope you guys can make it.
Prayer is such a crucial part of our Christian walk for us personally and also for us as God's church. So come on out and ask God to reveal himself to you and the whole church in a new powerful way. The Scripture says in Ephesians 6:18 "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints." Paul is saying that prayer is something we should turn to in all occasions, and that there is no prayer too small or too big for God; we should also remember to pray for each other. He's sending us a message just how important prayer is and how wonderfully powerful it really is. It's something we should keep in mind and be alert about!
