Connected Night Christmas

Hi guys,

Last Friday was a blast!! I couldn't believe how many of us were out, it was great! Also thanks Natalie for hosting us and heating up the sauna for all of us... we really appreciate it!

I couldn't believe the wind storm last night! All night our windows were rattling and things were flying around outside, but our power never went out... which was quite something cause I was sure it would! I've even heard about trees falling over in the Cloverdale/Langley region... anyone have a tree fall close to their house?

So this Friday is our Christmas themed Connected Night at the church @ 7:00pm. We will be having a kid's program that Liisa will need help running and also we will be decorating the church as a group. So come on out to eat, fellowship, listen to Christmas music and decorate. It's a great way to get into the holiday spirit!

On Sunday the morning service will be at 11:15am and also there is a Christmas brass concert happening at the church @ 2:00pm and it should be great! It's the Vancouver Jubilee Brass band who are coming to play. So come on out for those on Sunday!

Sauna Night

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone's week is going well... mine has been great. Just looking outside right now and feel all cozy and comfy sitting inside where it is warm and dry. Speaking of warm this brings us to what is going down this Friday.

We will be getting together at Natalie's place in Whiterock for an evening of sauna and a movie. So head over to Natalie's place on Friday for about 7:30pm. Also does anyone have suggestions for a movie to watch or if they have something they would like to bring? Also bring something for everyone to eat or drink.

Sunday is our normal time for morning service, 11:15am, so come on out.

Anyways have a great next couple days and see you on Friday! =)

A Little Switch Up

Hey everyone,

So we have a little switch in plans to what we discussed last Friday. Instead of having a sauna movie night this Friday we will be pushing it to next weeks Friday. So that being said we are going to have Young Adults at our place @ 7:30pm. We will be going through the topic of angels and demons in this session of the spiritual world.

So come on out this Friday to hang out with everyone and spend some time devoted to studying the word, and spending time in prayer. Feel free to bring something to munch on for everyone.

This Sunday service will be at 11:15am so come on out to church this weekend.

Also the deadline for donating either goods or money to operation Christmas child is this Sunday Nov. 13th.

At the DJ's House

Hey guys,

This week will be meeting up at Daniel and Jenni's place on Friday night @ 7:30pm... and Daniel will be taking us through our next session of this fall's topic, the spiritual world. So come on out to listen, discuss, and give your input. Also we'll just hang out and have a good time as usual... feel free to bring along something good to eat or drink with everyone or even if you have a board game you'd like to play.

Then on Saturday we are having our 19Twenty Church work bee, head to the church for 11:00am to help keep our facilities in good shape.

Sunday is communion meal so come out to the church for 11:15am to spend time in fellowship and remembering what Jesus Christ has done on our behalf.
